My Credentials and Certifications
I have been working in the world of Food Safety coming up on 15 years. I am HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) certified via the International HACCP Alliance since the Spring of 2010. I achieved my SQF Practitioner certificate in November of 2010. I also participated in the GlobalGAP Public workshop in October of 2015. I have also received the FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual training certificate in 2016, a requirement per the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Preventive Controls for Human Food Rule. I participated in the Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training course in 2017, a requirement per the FSMA Produce Safety Rule. I obtained my PrimusGFS Version 3 workshop attendee training in October 2019. I also participated in the Food Traceability Rule workshop in January of 2023, a new rule proposed by FSMA. In addition, every year since 2015, I have attended the Southeast Regional Fruit and Vegetable Conference where I attend all Food Safety seminars per my drive and desire of continuing education.




My Specialties
I can assist with small operations just getting started in the world of food safety to large operations who may need additional help with their current food safety program in place. I can write & implement your food safety certification program, food safety compliance program and/or quality management system, sustainability program, social accountability program, FSMA-compliant program, develop a detailed HACCP plan, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), allergen management program, OSHA and employee health and safety programs, WPS-compliant programs, environmental swabbing programs, detailed cleaning and sanitation programs, traceability programs, Kosher certification, NON-GMO Verification Program certification, employee health, hygiene, and safety training programs, etc. I also assist with restaurants and retail operations and help them meet all state and local county food safety regulatory requirements. Lastly, I can help prepare any operation for any third-party food safety and/or sustainability/social accountability audit program that may be required per any customer and client.
