Meet Katie
Certified Food Safety Consultant
I have always had a passion for all things concerning food since being a young girl. My parents encouraged me to grow that passion by attending the University of Georgia and majoring in Food Science with an emphasis on Business.
I graduated in 2010 and began my food safety career working at a large pecan shelling operation in Cordele, GA. When that company ended up closing, I then went on to work with companies such as the Georgia Peach Council and Lane Southern Orchards.

I started my consulting business in April of 2017. I absolutely love consulting, and enjoy the opportunity it provides me by working with different commodities and different food sector industries and operations.

I currently reside in Middle Georgia, where I can work with local Georgia-grown farms and facilities. However, I also have the flexibility to work with out-of-state operations and enjoy traveling to visit my clients on-site.
